Overview:
Aceclofenac & Paracetamol Tablets offer a clinically proven, fast-acting combination therapy for the effective management of pain, inflammation, and fever. The synergistic action of Aceclofenac, a potent NSAID, and Paracetamol (Acetaminophen), a widely trusted analgesic and antipyretic, provides broad-spectrum relief across a wide range of acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions.

Composition (Each Tablet Contains):

  • Aceclofenac 100 mg

  • Paracetamol 325 mg / 500 mg (depending on formulation)

Mechanism of Action:

  • Aceclofenac: Inhibits cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes, thereby reducing prostaglandin synthesis responsible for pain, swelling, and inflammation.

  • Paracetamol: Acts centrally to relieve pain and lower fever, enhancing the analgesic efficacy of Aceclofenac without increasing gastrointestinal risk.
